In the plains of Ndutu herds of wildebeest and zebras congregate to begin their migration across into the Masai Mara. I observed that this small herd of zebras were standing still as the larger herd off wildebeest were restless in the background. I switched to Shutter Priority and with my camera steady on a beanbag, I set a timer and an exposure of 1.6 seconds. This allowed me to capture the zebras still while the mass of wildebeest became a blur.
